Equality Between Consumers and Businesses

Is there an importance and benefit support factor involved that allows businesses to file complaints against their customers?

There should be an EQUAL standard to both sides of the table when two parties agree to have services rendered. It is noted and practiced throughout our history that customers seem to use many avenues to swindle out of payments for services owed to businesses.

Is this fair or should businesses be able to have a voice. Why do customers use the tactic on the BBB or Angie’s List to degrade and discredit companies but companies can’t express or voice their honest side without backlash.
